Ronald McDonald House

Ronald McDonald House and Lycopodium Asset Management

Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) are an independent, not for profit organisation, that helps seriously ill children and their families when they need it most. RMHC were founded in memory of McDonald's creator, Ray Kroc, who believed in charitable works as a way of putting something back into the community.

Since RMHC opened their first Ronald McDonald House in 1981 they have helped over 65,000 families and 1 in 8 Australian's have been helped or know someone who has used one of their programs.

Make A Meal Volunteers

Since 2009, volunteers from Lycopodium Asset Management have given their time to cook a meal for families staying at Ronald McDonald House in Perth.

Families often spend all day at the hospital and when they return to the house, have little energy to prepare a home cooked meal. The Make-a-Meal volunteers, give their time to provide families a meal and give mums and dads a well earned rest. Lycopodium Asset Management provide the food and the employees volunteer their time to prepare and cook the meal and tidy up afterwards.

For Lycopodium Asset Management employees this is an opportunity to give something back to the local community in a rewarding and fun environment.
