Every year Lycopodium employs a number of young engineers, graduates from Curtin University and the University of Western Australia.

Recognising that WA is the powerhouse of the national economy, an international leader in the mineral and energy sectors and that few skills are more importnat to WA's economy than those of its engineers, both universities are developing programmes that will not only expand partnerships with industry but will provide exciting and stimulating learning environments that are based on a simulated professional workplace.

Lycopodium is supporting both Curtin University in the development of its Engineering Pavilion Complex as well as the University of Western Australia with its Integrated Learning Centre.

Both facilities will integrate the management of a 'real world' projects from design through to prototype development and final presentation to clients.
